adulthood

dearest aunt dee dee,

i believe i may now be an adult. once, at the lake, you told me i was not an adult until i drank coffee. i never thought i would reach adulthood.

i had a good friday meal with the reinecke´s and after, for dessert, we had cake (jen´s makes fantastic chocolate cakes - but i have yet to see the kid) and coffee...well suzy and i had cappuccino. i have actually had it twice, once for breakfast.

does this make me an adult? i´m not sure of cappuccino´s qualifications as coffee, so i thought i would bring this to you. it is not my favorite drink, and after europe i´m not sure if i would have it again...but drinking it does make me feel adult like, which helps at a table when you can´t really join the conversation due to my lack of german speaking skills. maybe i´m just an adult in duetschland.
